Our Christmas club is designed to help you with the costs of Christmas and have it all arrive in one shipment. You can make weekly/Monthly payments towards the total cost of your order. Everything on this webpage will be available on the Christmas Club payment plan.
How to set up your Christmas Club account
Email us a list of the items that you require and we will send you an invoice for each instalment.
Its as simple as that.
- What is the Moviemania Weekly Payments Plan?
The Moviemania Weekly Payments Plan is a great way to spread the cost for your items in time for Christmas without paying any interest.
- Can I pay weekly for more than 1 item?
Of course, we will set up an overall plan to cover all the items.
- When can I collect my item(s)?
The collection dates for a Christmas weekly payments item are between the 2nd – 8th December 2019.
- Can I collect my item(s) early if I pay it off?
Unfortunately, not, this option is set up to help spread your costs and the items are set up to be delivered to our store at a certain date.
- Will the plan affect my credit rating?
No, we don’t do any credit checks as the item is not collected until the item is fully paid off between the 2nd – 8th December 2019.
- What if I change my mind and want to cancel?
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason you would not be bound to pay the full amount once the item is ready to be shipped, however you would lose your deposit of up to 25% of the value of the order, as we are bound to purchase the item(s) from our supplier once we have placed the order.
- What if I change my mind and want to change an item on my order?
If you wanted to change an item in your order to a different item that is ok to do, however you would lose your deposit of up to 25% of the value of the item that you want to change, as we are bound to purchase the item(s) from our supplier once we have placed the order.
- Can the item be sent to my house?
Yes, we can deliver the items to you for free as long as the totals come to more than £100 delivery will be free if less then a small £4.99 delivery charge will be added or you can collect from our retail store.
- What happens if I cannot make a payment?
If you are having difficulties in making payment, or if you have already missed a payment, please contact the store straight away. Our staff will listen, and aim to understand your circumstances. They may be able to offer you help and advice or offer alternative solutions such as downgrading your item(s), to reduce your weekly payments. We can try and find you an alternative product which will reduce your weekly payment. We’re here to help!
If you do not contact us after missing a payment, we will attempt to contact you. We’ll want to discuss your circumstances and agree on a course of action to help get your account back on track. In some circumstances there may be fines or item plan cancellations for missed payments.
